Strengthscope® Self-Report + eModules

Strengthscope® is a positive and pragmatic assessment profile that motivates people to develop themselves in the areas of their energizing strengths. Researched thoroughly and globally tested over the last 10 years, Strengthscope is designed for individual development and performance improvement and shows:

• The person’s significant, intrinsically motivating strengths (underlying qualities which most energize them)
• Their potential weaker areas and overdone/overused strengths
• How effectively the person feels they are able to use their strengths at work
• Coaching questions and tips on how to use their strengths more effectively

The learning eModules will be accessed via the StrengthsPortal®. Once you have completed your assessment, you will receive your assesmetn via email and gain access to eModules on StrengthsPortal® which are uniquely tailored to your needs. These courses are intended to enable individuals to drive their own strengths development.
